About me
I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years. I held a number senior director roles across a variety of disciplines in R&D, giving me a proven track record of leadership and management of global multi-functional teams. One of my key strengths is finding creative and pragmatic solutions to complex issues.
I am a strong communicator, able to find the balance between objectivity and intuition, and manage and influence senior stakeholders. In addition to one-to-one coaching, I have supported group coaching programmes, developed and led workshops and delivered a one-day course to improve coaching skills for leaders.
In my coaching I utilise various tools and techniques that experience has shown to be effective, and I have a good understanding of the expectations and challenges of working within global corporate organisations.
